Whether you are buying baby girl dresses for weddings or dressing up your little one for other special occasions, you need more than just a few garments. An adorable little dress looks perfect when you buy it, but when you put it on, it seems to be missing something. Let’s take a look at which accessories to buy for your baby girl in order to make the image complete.
MATHILDE DRESS & BELT SET

1. Hair Accessories
Starting from adorable headbands and ending with voluminous bows, there are so many hair accessories available on the market today that anyone can get lost. The easy way to go about choosing the hair add-ons is to match the colour.

If your dress is red, go for a red bow. However, if it’s white, going for a white headband might be overdoing it. If the whole outfit is white, make the headband any other colour you wish in order to diversify the image. You can also match the hair accessories to the shoes.

2. Shoes
Buying pretty shoes is just as fun as getting the right outfit. Even if your baby girl can’t walk yet, you can still find a variety of cute slip-ons to match the dress. When choosing the shoes to match the baby dresses for weddings or other occasions, keep in mind that your girl can wear them after the event. That’s why you might consider avoiding extremely fancy options.

3.  Jackets
Most formal dresses have short sleeves. If you are planning to attend a winter event, you might want to consider buying a lightweight jacket to throw over your girl’s shoulders. This jacket can also be used later on other occasions. A jacket can match the dress or the shoes. Don’t go for an abundance of white. If the dress and the shoes are white, consider a light pink or blue jacket.

4. Socks/Tights
When choosing the dress for your girl, don’t forget about the socks and the tights. Since formal dresses are mostly rather fancy, keep the socks and the tights as simple as possible. White ones are the best option.
